"Truly Outstanding Experience"
Running Bear really knocked it out of the park for us. I was super impressed. They’ve got some solid know-how, and when their items didn’t function as expected, they stepped in to help us resolve the problem and truly went the extra mile. Sophie, who assisted us, was amazing!

"Amazing shopping experience!"
What an amazing shopping experience! I made my order on Monday morning and it showed up today. The product came beautifully wrapped in blue paper along with a handwritten note. The delivery was super quick, and I’m really pleased with what I bought! Huge thanks! :)

"Awesome support from the bears"
I can't comment on the Brooks Cascadia shoes since I haven't taken them for a spin yet. However, the service from Running Bear is top-notch as usual. They gave me solid advice over the phone and the delivery was lightning fast.

The service was excellent regarding communication and the quality of the item. There was a delay in postage, but I don't think it was Running Bear's fault. They were really quick to reply and provide a solution when I followed up. As luck would have it, the order showed up the very next day, so everything worked out. The product was nicely wrapped with a handwritten note, which was a sweet touch 😊.
